1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.
• The item is not customised, special order, or clearly marked as non-returnable.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.

Returns received outside this window or in unsaleable condition may not be accepted or may be refunded partially.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

• Used or visibly handled books.
• Digital items such as eBooks or downloadable content.
• Special-order, personalised, or customised products.
• Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will offer:

• A replacement (where available),
• A full refund, or
• A store credit, depending on your preference.

We will cover return shipping costs in these cases. Supporting photos may be required to validate the claim.

4. Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please email contacto@contigoidiomas.com with:

• Your order number and full name
• A brief description of the reason for return
• Photos, if applicable
• Your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)

Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Items must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

6. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. Please specify your desired exchange when submitting your return request.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed or dispatched.
