At Contigo, we are committed to ensuring your books arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please review the following policy for information on processing times, delivery estimates, and responsibilities related to customs and returns.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days from our UK distribution centre. In the case of larger or consolidated orders, dispatch may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified by email once their order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Our goal is for all orders to be delivered to clients within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the size of the order and the destination within Mexico. Delays due to customs clearance or courier handling may occur and are outside our control.


3. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may be assessed by Mexican authorities upon entry into the country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid directly to the courier by the recipient prior to delivery. We are not liable for any such charges and cannot estimate their amount.


4. Shipping Territory

At this time, we only ship to addresses within Mexico. For international orders or special requests, please contact our customer service team prior to placing an order.


5. Bulk and Institutional Orders

For bulk purchases, such as school or institutional orders exceeding 15 books, we recommend reaching out to us directly to coordinate dispatch, estimated delivery time, and any special shipping arrangements that may apply.


6. Cancellations and Returns

You may request a return or cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Customised or made-to-order items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.


7. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. From time to time, promotional offers such as free shipping thresholds may apply. These will be clearly displayed on our website during checkout or in promotional materials.


8. Notifications and Delays

If we anticipate any delay in dispatch or delivery, we will contact you with an updated timeline. Please note that while we do our utmost to meet delivery expectations, Contigo is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, courier disruptions, or external circumstances beyond our control.
