This website is operated by Contigo Idiomas, an online bookstore registered and operating in Mexico. Our products are shipped from the United Kingdom and sold exclusively within Mexican territory unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size and delivery location.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days from the United Kingdom. Delivery within Mexico is expected within 14 calendar days from the order date. All delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Customs charges, import duties, or handling fees may apply upon entry into Mexico. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier service before delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds
Customers may return eligible products within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, provided items are unused and in original condition. Certain products, such as digital items, customised orders, or clearance books, are non-returnable.
